Teachers can archive and retrieve their documented P/L and P/D for when they need to upload to their State/Territory educational jurisdiction towards the end of their maintenance of accreditation cycle.

WHO CAN USE THE APP?
MyTeachingApp is only available to teachers in Australia, via the school where they teach.
Teachers themselves are not able to initiate registration and subscription without their explicit school’s approval. Only the school admin can decide who is and who is not a teaching staff member at their institution.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Schools pay a 12 MONTH subscription fee for all the teachers who teach there (full-time; part-time; temporary or casuals).
Schools may opt for auto-renewal. (See Section 4.8 in Terms of Use)

PAYING FOR YOUR SCHOOL’S SUBSCRIPTION FEES
How to pay the appropriate subscription on behalf of your teaching staff.
On behalf of your school’s teaching community (full-time; part-time; temporaries; casual teachers) the school makes the appropriate money transfer (using its bank account) to MyTeachingApp’s bank account at the NAB (National Australia Bank – NAB Business). See below MyTeachingApp’s NAB bank account.
It is very important that the school paying for the subscription identify itself when transferring the funds to MyTeachingApp in the “Reference section” of the bank transfer.
When the funds are received and cleared, MyTeachingApp will email the receipt (posted if requested in writing).
Once the school’s funds are clear, MyTeachingApp will commence uploading in the admin section all the nominated teachers from the school.
Every teacher will be assigned their usual official school email address with their password.
MyTeachingApp then informs (email) the school when the upload is complete and teachers can then start downloading the app to their mobile devices using either the App Store or Google Play.
