Use of AITSL Materials in MyTeachingApp 

All references to content developed by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) within MyTeachingApp are provided under a licence granted by AITSL. 
 

AITSL is an independent Commonwealth organisation established in 2010. It is the legal owner and copyright holder of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APST), commonly referred to as the Australian Standards, which it has owned and managed since December 2012. 
 

MyTeachingApp is an authorised Licensee of AITSL, having entered into a formal Licence Agreement with AITSL. Under this agreement, MyTeachingApp is permitted to incorporate, use and display content from the APST within the App and website. All such use is clearly attributed to AITSL, with appropriate acknowledgment of AITSL’s ownership and copyright (©). 
 

In addition to the APST, AITSL has also granted permission for MyTeachingApp to digitally reproduce and integrate the Australian Teacher Performance and Development Framework — including Performance and Development Plans (PDPs) — for use by Australian teachers within the App. 
 

MyTeachingApp fully complies with the terms of the licence and is committed to maintaining proper attribution and respect for AITSL’s intellectual property rights.”
